Refund Policy

Important information

  • You have 30 days to initiate your return
  • Up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
  • There are no replacement costs.
  • The costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer.

Return process

Do you need to return a package for any reason? Contact us at support@savileandrose.com within 30 days to initiate the return process. Items must be in their original condition, i.e. unused, undamaged, with tags still attached and in original packaging.

As soon as you have contacted us, our customer service team will provide you with the return address and the relevant instructions. No restocking fees will be charged for returns. We recommend that you use a shipping service that provides tracking to ensure that your package arrives safely with us, as the customer is responsible for the package until it is received. Please also note that the shipping costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.

Refunds

As soon as we have received your package, we will send you a confirmation email. The processing and refund can take up to 14 days. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for your order.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@savileandrose.com. Make sure you contact us before your order is processed so that we can respond to your request.

Defective/damaged items

Your package has arrived, but there is a problem? If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at support@savileandrose.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please include photos, your order number and a description of the problem. We will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly.

Exchange

We accept returns. If you wish to exchange your item, simply contact us at support@savileandrose.com and our customer service team will advise you on how to proceed.
